1. Use of Website:

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or make purchases.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may harm the website or its functionality.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of ebike585 and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.


2. Product Information & Pricing:

We strive to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and specifications are accurate. However, errors may occur.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing or listing errors
  • Modify product information at any time
  • Cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.


3. Orders & Payment:

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.


4. Order Fulfillment & In-Store Pickup:

All bicycles and e-bikes purchased through this website are shipped to a local retail location for customer pickup.

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.


Customers are responsible for:


Picking up the product within a reasonable timeframe after notification

Inspecting the product at time of pickup

Ensuring proper fit and understanding of operation before leaving the store

Once the product has been picked up from the store, all responsibility transfers to the customer.


5. Returns & Refunds:

Please refer to our separate Return Policy for details regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

6. E-Bike Safety Disclaimer


Bicycles and e-bikes involve inherent risks. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept these risks.


Customers are responsible for:

  • Complying with all local, state, and federal laws
  • Wearing appropriate safety gear
  • Proper operation, and maintenance
  • Following manufacturer instructions

ebike585 is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse, improper assembly, modifications, or failure to follow safety guidelines.


7. Manufacturer Warranties: 

Certain products may include manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer according to their terms unless otherwise specified.

We do not provide warranties beyond those expressly stated.


8. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ebike585 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.


9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Return and Refund Policy

 At eBike585, we take pride in delivering premium electric bikes that are professionally assembled, safety-checked, and fulfilled locally. Because e-bikes are high-value vehicles and are delivered fully built and tuned, our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and protective of both riders and manufacturers.


Please review the following carefully before completing your purchase.


Order Cancellations

Before Fulfillment Begins

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the bike has not entered assembly, preparation, or delivery scheduling.


After Assembly or Delivery Scheduling

Once an e-bike has been professionally assembled, tuned, or scheduled for delivery, cancellations may be subject to a fulfillment and preparation fee, as technician labor and processing have already occurred.


Returns on Electric Bikes

Due to the nature of electric bikes, we can only accept returns under limited conditions.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following must apply:

  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • Bike has fewer than 5 miles of use
  • Bike is in like-new condition
  • No damage, wear, or alterations are present
  • All original accessories, keys, chargers, manuals, and packaging are included

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Installed accessories (baskets, mirrors, racks, grips, etc.)
  • Special-order or reserved inventory models
  • Labor services (assembly, tuning, delivery, installation)
  • Batteries once used or charged beyond initial setup
  • Clearance or discounted items marked “Final Sale”


Delivery and Service Fees

Please note:

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable
  • Professional assembly and technician labor are non-refundable
  • Accessory installation charges are non-refundable

These services are completed prior to or at delivery and cannot be reversed.


Damaged or Defective Bikes

If your e-bike arrives damaged or has a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will work with you and the manufacturer to provide:

  • Replacement parts
  • Warranty-supported repairs
  • Exchange options where applicable

Most issues are resolved quickly through the brand’s warranty process.


Warranty Support

eBike585 works in conjunction with our partner brands to assist with warranty coordination and local service support.

Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer but typically includes protection against defects in:

  • Frame
  • Motor
  • Battery
  • Electrical components

Normal wear, misuse, or crash damage is not covered.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after return receipt.

Refunds may be subject to restocking fees where applicable.


Return Shipping or Pickup

Because e-bikes are large, heavy items, returns may require:

  • Customer-arranged transport, or
  • Scheduled pickup (fees may apply)

Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a verified defect or fulfillment error.
