Before Fulfillment Begins
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the bike has not entered assembly, preparation, or delivery scheduling.
Once an e-bike has been professionally assembled, tuned, or scheduled for delivery, cancellations may be subject to a fulfillment and preparation fee, as technician labor and processing have already occurred.
Due to the nature of electric bikes, we can only accept returns under limited conditions.
